Completely unique music, original ++, voices, feedback, noise, scratch and on "Come" a ghostly 60s type musical relic emerges out of the ashes and destruction, via a merciless brief silence, only to retreat to the mire just as quickly. I can't describe this music any better than that. Gavin Hellyer
Good grief! You know that feeling you get when you experience something unlike anything you've ever known. Well, this is such a thing. An opera singer, a noise maker, a story teller. The title track is based on an old Philippine myth of a dragon who devoured seven moons. This long piece has eveything, including a haunting mid section drone with vocals, and noises constructed to stop the beast, and then the album continues. Musical precedents? Maybe Scott Walker circa Tilt/The Drift. Inimitable. Gavin Hellyer
